Strong winds and heavy snow kept the ski resort closed all day and the road for the morning. We turned to plan C and took a walk to Lurcher's crag to see what was going on.
The conditions we came across was a lot of new soft snow being blown around forming large drifts and accumulations. The ice was wet and still building but would only need a short freeze. We also heard of massive soft cornices and lots of avalanche debris in Sneachda.
Hopefully we'll find some nicer weather soon!
